b22 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the b22 platform and its users. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on b22, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you object to any term, you are requested not to use b22 services.

1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided through the b22 website, mobile application, and any other channel. b22 operates casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh.

In this document, "platform" refers to all digital services of b22; "member" or "user" refers to any registered individual. b22 reserves the right to modify these terms in part or in full at any time — see Section 12 for details on changes.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on b22, the following conditions must be met:

1. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
2. All information provided must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
3. Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
4. The mobile number or email address used during registration must belong to the user.
5. The user must manage the account personally — operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.

If b22 finds that any account information is false or incomplete, the platform reserves the right to restrict or close that account without prior verification.

3 Account Verification and Security

b22 conducts regular identity verification to keep memberships active and secure. The following documents may be requested as part of the verification process:

• A clear copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Verification of the mobile number or email used during registration
• Bank account or mobile banking details where applicable

Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. The password must not be shared with anyone else. If any unauthorised access is suspected, contact b22 support immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Approved payment methods for transactions on b22 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (same for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from an account in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Full account verification is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request.
• b22 may request additional documents for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on b22. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

• b22 Weekly Reload Gift: 30% bonus on any weekly deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• b22 Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on one deposit per week for slot games, up to ৳10,000, wagering 25 times.
• b22 Cricket Deposit Reward: 40% bonus on one daily deposit in the cricket or sports section, up to ৳12,000, wagering 20 times.
• b22 Birthday Special Reward: Verified members receive up to ৳2,000 once a year on their birthday, wagering 10 times.
• b22 Refer a Friend Reward: Refer a new member and receive up to ৳3,000 when that member makes a deposit, wagering 12 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

1. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
2. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
3. b22 reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses.
4. If fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on b22 are run using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each game result is independent — it does not depend on any previous round.

Users may not use any software, bots or automated systems for their own advantage. Any attempt to artificially influence game results is prohibited and such accounts will be closed immediately.

For sports betting, the outcome of all bets depends on the official result of the respective match. If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, bets will be settled according to b22's established rules.

7 VIP Program and Benefits

b22's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Members move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. b22 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

b22 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within limits. This service is for ages 21 and above, and users are encouraged to play responsibly.

1. Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
2. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.
3. Avoid playing under the influence of substances or when under emotional stress.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

b22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

1. If the account was registered with false or incorrect information.
2. If the same person operates multiple accounts.
3. If evidence of bonus fraud or collusion is found.
4. If account verification fails or documents are not submitted.
5. If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is identified.
6. If any provision of these terms is violated.

If an account is closed, any legitimately earned balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned. In cases of fraudulent activity, all balances may be forfeited.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact b22's customer support team. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

Complaint submission process:

1. Report the issue via live chat or email.
2. Clearly state your account ID, the date of the issue and a description of the problem.
3. Attach screenshots or other evidence where applicable.

12 Changes to Terms

b22 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
